Make a Medallion Sale a Bration

I LOVE this new stamp set from Stampin' Up! - Make a Medallion stamp set is one of the three NEW Sale a Bration products that can be selected for Free with a qualifying order! Yay! I did copy this idea from the cover of the new Sale a Bration flyer - with a little twist.

This is a two - step layering process that is so easy to do to create beautiful images! It also coordinates with the Layering Circles Framelits Dies from Stampin' Up! Perfect for cutting around the image. Isn't that great!

For this medallion, I did do a bit of fussy cutting because I wanted to cut out the middle section to reveal the stamped image on the cardstock. I also cut around the scallop edges. The other two medallions were cut using the circle framelits Dies.

Here's the twist. I mounted my Soft Sky card front onto a Peekaboo Peach card base. I love this look! So that the inside is cheery too, when opened, I stamped the edge of a piece of Whisper White cardstock with one of the layering stamps in the set and adhered it.

The colors are so soft and pretty and all set to send to a friend for any occasion.
