Wondrous Wreath

Here is my version of a front door card. I will have a different version to show you tomorrow so be sure to check back!

What makes this set so great is that there are Framelits to use with the Big Shot, that will cut out the pieces in the set so that you can layer! You can purchase this as a bundle ( item shown below ) or if you do not own a Big Shot, then you can purchase just the stamp set and cut out the pieces with scissors.

To make the panels stand out, I sponged the edges with the same color ink as the cardstock. In this case it is Elegant Eggplant. I wasn't sure about the bow being the same color as the door - what do you think?

I am loving the special hostess set, Good Greetings. Isn't the font great? This stamp set is free to anyone who places an order of $300 or more. There are 19 greetings in this set. YES! 19 different greetings. Lots to choose from to make your projects. This offer is only good until October 31, 2014.

This stamp set is FREE and in addition to the other host benefits you receive with a $300 or more party or order.

Festival of Trees

One of my favorite stamp sets in the Holiday Catalog is the Festival of Trees. There are five adorable little trees in this set. Check it out on page 24 ( If you do not have the Holiday Catalog, you can view it online by clicking on the link to the right ).

Do you love the stars in the background? I used the stars decorative mask to do that. Just lay the stencil over the cardstock and use a sponge dauber and gold ink. The punched out star ties it all together!

This comes in a bundle - stamp set and punch - it's easy peasy to stamp the trees and punch them out!

Happy Wonderful Christmas is not in this stamp set. It comes from one of my other favorite sets, Wondrous Wreath. Stay tuned for samples using that set.

Bright & Beautiful Star

This is a very sparkly, shiny card with all the beautiful silver stars and sequin in the center of the stamped star, but it's a Christmas card, and after all it does say Shine on the little tag!

I do like to use non traditional colors when making some of my Christmas cards. The colors used here are Lost Lagoon and Pear Pizazz. The strip of silver dotted designer paper comes from the All Is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Since these little tags are very small, it is not easy to poke a hole in them and thread Bakers Twine through them so I just set my bow in place and then the tags right up next to it to give the illusion that they are threaded through. Just adorable!
