Welcome Neighbor

My creative juices were flowing yesterday!  I wondered what I would do with the Welcome Neighbor designer paper in the Stampin' Up! sale-a-bration brochure. I was inspired by many different samples I saw and started creating.

The Trendy Trees stamp set coordinates nicely with this paper. I stamped the three trees on whisper white in Bermuda Bay, Old Olive and Melon Mambo. I used Chocolate Chip for the tree trunks. This was layered on top of Old Olive that I punched using the new Scallop Trim Border punch which also is a FREE selection from the sale-a-bration brochure. Don't you love it?!
What is nice about the double sided paper is that you can fold it over to showcase the other side as I did in this sample. The houses and trees are the printed paper. I folded over the top to expose the other side. The only thing stamped are the words. Easy Peasy card to do!
In this sample I used a frame from the Hodgepodge Hardware kit to highlight one of the trees.
I love all the little houses! The stamp used here is from Happy Moments, another FREE sale-a-bration selection : )
The Good Neighbors stamp set in the sab brochure coordinates with this paper as well.
