Take your 6x6 piece of cardstock and score at 2 and 4", turn and score 2 and 4". Your piece of cardstock should have squares all over it.
Cut along the score lines on one side and then the opposite side.
Your cardstock will look like this now.
Fold up the center square and fold the two outside squares over the center so it will look like this.
Adhere designer paper
And add your 11" by 1" handle by punching a whole with the 1/16" hole punch and inserting a brad.
